Synopsis

I explored five digital tools that can support my goal of transitioning into a corporate Learning and Development (L&D) career 

1. Figma
   A web-based design tool with features like vector illustration, code translation, live interactive presentations (polls, Likert scales), and collaborative whiteboards. Pros include real-time collaboration and no need for software installation; cons are the need for internet access and a paid subscription for full features.

2. Articulate 360
   An e-learning tool for creating interactive courses and storyboards with quizzes, characters, and templates. While powerful and engaging, it has a steep learning curve. A free 30-day trial is available.

3. Pictory
   An AI-powered video creation tool that converts text, URLs, and PowerPoints into videos. It’s fast and offers format options for social media, but it lacks diversity in stock visuals.

4. VistaCreate
   A graphic design tool similar to Canva, with templates tailored for social media and connections to Vistaprint for physical prints. It’s user-friendly but has a limited stock image library.

5. InVideo AI
   An AI video creator that generates content based on prompts and allows multi-language translations. Strengths include licensed stock imagery and narration, but it’s expensive ($120/month) and can have performance issues.
