Providing students the ability to see a variety of cultures and representation of themselves requires teamwork and adequate planning. My innovation plan proposes the implementation of artificial intelligence into the database that the educational technology company uses to track the demographics. There are several benefits to incorporating a variety of demographics into K12 curriculum. We will dive deeper into the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) which also aligns with the 5 Stages of Change to ensure the innovation implementation if effective.
